Event Rules

To keep everyone safe and happy, please follow these guidelines.

Ticket Rules

  1. By purchasing a ticket, visitors are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted all event rules.
  2. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable; name changes are not allowed.
  3. Visitors under 13 must attend with a parent or legal guardian; organizers do not accept responsibility for minors.
  4. ID checks may be performed at entry; please bring an ID that matches the name on your ticket.
  5. Lost tickets may void entry; keep your ticket safe. Event wristbands must remain on for re-entry.
  6. Capacity is limited. For safety reasons, entry numbers are controlled and short waits may occur.
  7. Tickets may be invalidated for misleading information (name, age, etc.); entry can be denied without refund.
  8. The organizer reserves the right to cancel ticket sales or refuse entry at its discretion.

Event Rules

Please dress in line with your gender identity and expression to support a respectful, inclusive, and community-focused environment.

Our event is dedicated to a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of gender, age, disability, appearance, body size, race, or religion (or lack thereof).

We do not tolerate harassment in any form. Sexual language or imagery should not be used in the event area, presentations, tournaments, or on social media. Organizers may take action or remove visitors without refund.

All attendees, participants, speakers, sponsors, and volunteers must follow this code of conduct. Organizers will enforce it and ask for cooperation.

Harassment includes offensive comments related to gender, age, disability, appearance, body size, race, or religion; displaying sexual images in public; intimidation; stalking; unwanted photography or recording; repeated disruption of talks or events; inappropriate physical contact; and unwelcome sexual attention.

If you are asked to stop any harassing behavior, you are expected to comply immediately.

Sponsors and vendors are subject to the same anti-harassment rules. Avoid sexualized images, activities, or materials; booth staff should not wear sexualized attire or create a sexualized environment.

Organizers may take any action deemed appropriate, including warnings or removal from the event without refund.

If you experience or witness harassment or have any concerns, please contact an event staff member as soon as possible.

Event staff will gladly help ensure that those affected feel safe throughout the event.

To help protect products in the booth area, please avoid excessive handling of items without speaking to the vendor.

Please contact vendors directly for product information or purchases to keep shopping safe and smooth.

Trade Zone Rules

For a safe and fair trading experience, please follow these rules:

  • Sales are strictly prohibited in the Trade Zone. Bringing items with price tags or for direct sale is not allowed. Cash top-ups to balance trade value are permitted. Organizers may remove violators from the event.
  • Transparency: Share clear and honest information about the items being traded, including condition, value, and features.
  • Mutual consent: Ensure both parties fully agree and are satisfied with the trade.
  • Safe trading: Complete trades only in the designated trade area to keep things orderly and secure.
  • Authenticity: Counterfeit cards are prohibited. Proxy cards may only be traded when disclosed and agreed upon by both parties.
  • Vendor cooperation: Respect vendor rules and guidance while trading.
